So, while my past couple days have been spent in self-questioning and reevaluation, I have come to the conclusion that sometimes you get what you want without always knowing that is what you wanted in the first place. Which is a complicated way of saying that I had been hoping for something, but when I didn't get it, I was so much happier. Life is tricky like that sometimes! It's so frustrating. So, so, so frustrating. In the end however, it all works out for the best, and I wouldn't have done things any differently. Everyone says that everything happens for a reason. It absolutely makes sense, even though it's really difficult to see why it is happening, while it is happening.
Anywho, so I am done with that subject. Talk about beating a dead horse.
Life couldn't be more splendid in the Rex. I'm finally getting some friends that are girls(hallelujah! I thought I was gonna go hog-wild crazy). I'm starting to really love my roomies(shout-out!). I'm starting to get out there and do some fun things instead of being cooped-up alllll the time(ice caves tonight!). If I were to complain it would only be ungratefulness!! Now, don't get me wrong, things aren't perfect by any means, but they are pretty darn close!
So as to avoid the freshman fifteen, I make a vow to work out at LEAST three times a week for the rest of the semester! Pray for me people. And does anyone have any tips on how to eat healthy as a poor, struggling college student?? Any help in that department would be much appreciated. Believe me.
So that's my life in a nut-shell right now peeps. As always, I miss my Georgia friends! Kelbs, Ryan, Mike, Brett, Chris, Nadya, and so many more! I love you guys! Don't think for one second that I am forgetting about your lovely faces!!
Well, I should stop procrastinating and get to some homework! Until next time, stay fresh!
